Return & refund
Cubicbee.com General Item Return Policy – In most cases, items shipped from Cubicbee.com can be returned within 3 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. If your order was shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can send it back to us within 40 days after shipment. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.
Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.
Within 3 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
In Brazil, you have the right of regret that lasts 7 days from the arrival of the product.
In Colombia, if you have purchased two or more products, you can reguest a partial refund, clearly requesting the amout to be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
– Refunds for reasons: product different than the advertised and or defective product: within 5 working days after receipt; product not received: within 5 working days after the estimated delivery period; Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, the amount charged on the customer’s invoice is not the same as that which appears on the website and duplicate charges – within 5 days after notification of the charge.
